Convenient location near World of Beatrix Potter : As a fan of Beatrix Potter, it felt like I had stumbled upon my own little slice of Peter Rabbit's world. The charming museum and gift shop were just a hop, skip, and a jump away from the holiday home, making it the perfect base for experiencing all things Potter-esque.

Minor lack of kitchen utensils: The only little things we thought would be a clock in the lounge and maybe some tongs in the kitchen. Nothing major but just something to note.

And let's not forget about Lake Windermere, which was just a short 5 km drive from the holiday home. It felt like having nature's playground right at our doorstep!
